We have been working with CareMax for a number of months. We have found them to be very efficient in sourcing cover at very short notice.
There is continuity in terms of them sending staff that have previously covered shifts at the home; this is great for the residents as they have an opportunity to build a rapport. This also enables staff to become more efficient as they become familiar with the residents needs and any other tasks they are required to undertake.
The staff we have used to date are competent and are clear on their role.
The rates are competitive and I would not have any hesitation in recommending the service.
