Staff and Training

All of our staff are highly skilled, each holding or working towards a NVQ level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care, they have an excellent track record, and are handpicked by our senior management team, we will only provide staff that are trained in the role they are undertaking, our staff are all trained in risk management and can support you in staying safe in your home.

Here at CareMax we believe looking after people is a privilege and everyone should receive quality care.  We believe in training and developing our staff team to their full potential, and listening and supporting them is the best way forward.

We recognise that our staff are our greatest asset we believe by investing in them, and them having job satisfaction, they will provide even higher standards of care.

All of our staff attend courses relevant to the client group they are supporting. They are supported and mentored by the field supervisors and business manager who will work with them to ensure the highest quality care is received.
