CareMax provides a recruitment and training service that helps employers find qualified and experienced candidates to fill temporary or full-time vacancies, as well as high quality classroom based training for their existing staff.

Our recruitment and selection team is uniquely comprised of expertise who have a great knowledge of the industry’s we cater for, which sets us apart from other staffing agencies and allows us the unique capability of providing professional staffing solutions to businesses. All staff provided have been reference checked and hold a current DBS check, as well as completed all mandatory training via classroom based learning.

CareMax offers training both in-house and onsite, leveraging considerable experience in providing solutions that fit an individual’s or an organisation’s needs. We understand that mandatory training is required to ensure that staff are able to work in a safe manner. The training modules in the training courses we deliver are in depth to the level of understanding needed.

Our mandatory training courses provide staff with proven traditional classroom training, practical involvement and assessments. This enables staff to be compliant with their mandatory training requirements.

What is included in this service?

Temporary staff – Flexible, responsive temporary staffing support to meet your specific needs and reduce labour costs by adding staff when necessary to hit key deadlines and cover leave or other absences.

Temporary to Permanent staff – gives you the option to evaluate an employee’s performance on-site before making a final hiring decision, ensuring the new employee is a good fit with co-workers, company culture, and day-to-day responsibilities. We’ll eliminate the administrative burden of recruiting, evaluating, screening, and interviewing full-time employees by providing you with highly qualified candidates. Together, we’ll establish an agreed-upon time frame for you to evaluate each candidate on-the-job, and we will retain the individual on our payroll during that time.

Permanent staff – Our dedicated recruitment team have the specialist skills to identify the right candidate for you, they can supply you with permanent staff who have the relevant qualifications and experience for your industry and organisation. All permanent staff supplied will be reference checked and hold a current DBS check, they would also have completed all mandatory training delivered via classroom based learning which will save you time and money.

Training courses – All our training courses are delivered by classroom based learning, which consist of practical, involvement and assessment methods. All courses are delivered by our qualified experienced trainers, and all candidates will receive a certificate once completed the training.
