Our care delivery is based on a client focused care where your informed choices is respected whether you chose our homecare or home services. For a piece of mind any staff member visiting you are properly vetted through our enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service.
We know how important for you to know there is always someone available for help whenever you need it. This is why we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year, to assist you with your needs however trivial it may seem.
Our senior management team will be visiting you regularly to ensure we are complying with the standard of care, whether homecare or home services, that was agreed by yourselves and your relatives. In addition all service users will be visited by the Director for a chat so that your views and opinions can be taken into account and make a difference in our service provision. Regular surveys by phone and questionnaire will also be sent out to evaluate our services to you.
We are committed to providing you with the best staff team who will be monitored regularly by our registered Manager and field supervisors, to ensure high performance and compliance with essential standards of the Care Quality Commission.
Any issues or concerns will be dealt quickly and sympathetically by our experience manager and will keep you informed on any progress without making you feel embarrassed.
